By playing Brainle you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.

The service

Brainle is a free daily puzzle game provided “as is”. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue puzzles or features at any time, and the daily puzzle depends on the game being available.

Your account

Fair play

To keep the leaderboard meaningful, you agree not to:

We may remove scores, reset stats, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Intellectual property

Brainle and its content, design, and code belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own enjoyment. Don’t copy, resell, or redistribute the game or its content without permission.

Disclaimer & liability

The game is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Brainle. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can’t be limited under the law that applies to you (such as certain consumer guarantees).

Termination

You can stop playing at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We’ll update the “last updated” date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
